I am not one to ever leave reviews but...

For home conveyancing... I would not recommend Olsen Lawyers at all. Do not trust everything said to you without properly going through it all. In our case, we were rushed through the process at their office and we trusted everything that was told to us which is our fault(yes, we were dumb enough to sign it all based on her words). Zero communication to us about future steps on our settlement. Will not get back to you and will leave everything to the last minute. Stuffed up our settlement and blamed it on the bank. And did not let us know about re booking our settlement, instead our solicitor went home and left us in the dark. They also seem to blame everything else for their own mistakes/delays. Please also be careful if they offer you a free service, because they will use this in future to justify their exorbitant fees and say that they had already offered a discount(from the free service) and as such cannot discount their fees any further. For the premium fees they charge, the service was very poor. Do your own research and go somewhere else which is a lot cheaper, will provide the same service and will disclose all the exact fees/outgoings to you right away. I just hope that this will help future home buyers/sellers not go through what we went through. Best of luck.
