There are not enough words to express and describe my happiness when it comes to Gabrielle Pavia and the Australian Migration Advisory team!!

I had a bit of a rough situation with my plans back in the days, going through 3 different Immigration Consultants from also 3 different companies, explained my background, experiences and what I hoped to achieve with it and I got lots of push back from them in regards of 'Oh, you cannot do it this way' or 'Oh, if you enroll yourself in this very expensive course you may get it', which to an immigrant is quite impossible to come up with 50 thousand dollars out of the blue just to make things work.

I also had advice given to me which was wrong and also made me study things that were not necessary or not even important when it comes to seeking a VISA through the Skilled Pathway.

Lucky me, I had a friend who was going through his VISA process (thanks Adriano) and he mentioned he was dealing with this amazing Immigration Agency that gave him options and explained the process in a way that it is clear and direct when explaining the rules but also offering hope through achievable options to take.

On the same week, I sent an email to Gabrielle and the Australian Migration Advisory team and booked an appointment to explain my life again for the 4th time. Gabrielle not only took her notes about my experiences, but also showed me, according with all my life, work experiences and education, what I could do and how we could plan for a bigger outcome at the end. She made a difficult process become simpler in breaking down steps and making it work!

We stayed in touch once every 3 months with updates, follow up questions and also on her side, willingness to help and send me information about my whole process through Hotel/Motel Manager, which I was panicking to start, not going to lie, but the more we stayed in touch and in the loop of the process, the more I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The commitment to listening to my case and being open minded of variables from all the VISA changes were extraordinary and all the hard work paid off! With a cheeky call from her end on the day my Permanent Residency Email came through, which I didn't even had a proper big reaction when it happened (shocking) as I knew the plans we put into work would eventually give us a very positive result.

Firstly, l would like to say this is not writing to just fill up a page, this is an expression of gratitude, Me and my husband we could write a book about the 13yr old journey we embarked on with Australian Migration Advisory team. My name is Nomvula and my husband Mel and our 3 boys Mcmel, Melson and Melma.
