Billie-May is a godsend! My ex partner and I owned two houses side by side; years ago one was sold through McNamara Lawyers. When I went to sell the second one last year, Billie-May informed me I did not own the one I thought I owned and that McNamara’s had given me a contract to sign with the wrong lot number on it. At the time not knowing anything about lot numbers we had signed it. As you could imagine, this was so stressful; I owned the wrong property, wrong bank loan etc. It’s been a long journey to get all this rectified, Billie-May has stood by me the whole time and never made me feel alone in all this, keeping me informed at every step and fighting for resolutions. McNamara’s acted like children, blaming everyone else but themselves, it was so disappointing. But Billie-May took it all on and fought to get it done for me without the help of McNamara’s. I couldn’t of done this without her and I am so grateful I decided to go with her and her team. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell. No matter what you get hit with she always makes you feel at ease and feel in control. Billie-may is worth every cent. She took my partner and I on over Christmas while other’s didn’t even answer the phone.

We had absolutely no idea what we where doing and Billie-may was there to happily explain what was happening every step of the way.

When we where about to rush in and make a poor decision Billie-may was there to hold us in place and tell us we where about to make a mistake that will end up costing us in the future.

If we ever go through this process again we will definitely be calling Billie-may.

The best thing in her is she never sent me around. When I asked something, she never said to me " you go and find out. That is not my job"

If I didn't meet Billie, I couldn't get my property. On the first phone call, she acted so quickly and gave all instruction what I had to do.

Honestly around 6months ago, I failed to purchase a property.I didn't know any convenyancer and I contacted the oneline conveyancer. the result was bad.Someone else took the property.
