We applied and gained visa 300. Our journey commenced with Julie who was very caring and understanding and inspired our confidence with her authoritative depth of knowledge. Based on this we engaged in their services. We were assigned Silvana as our case manager and she was magnificent!!! Silvana was so genuinely caring and patient with us and exhibited great knowledge of the migration system. Through her ongoing support and conversations, we really felt like Silvana was truly batting for us and was out friend. Silvana is trustworthy and diligent and very caring and compassionate. If you get Silvana consider yourself very fortunate indeed!!!

A few months after the above, we needed to organise visas (600) for my fiancés son's to come out from the Philippines to attend our wedding. We were very anxious about the process.
