Poor communication & customer service. Di is one of the rudest receptionist i’ve ever encountered. Avoid

I did my conveyancing through BR solicitors and had the most horrendous experience. I found Jacinta to be rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to preserve their sanity to go elsewhere.

P.s. I am absolutely disgusted by the deceitful response from Jacinta. Not only did she reach out to try to bully me into taking down my review but has now posted total fabrications to discredit me. You know full well that I paid for my services promptly and that I never called the office in a threatening way.

To clarify: I ended up paying more than a thousand dollars out of pocket due to Jacinta failing to do her due diligence and picking up on the discrepancy between my passport and driving license spelling of my name. That was her basic duty in doing the ID check. On settlement day, far from an apology, I got a rude phone call from Jacinta urging me to go after the banks instead of taking responsibility for her mistake.

So no, I will not be taking my review down. It is my right as a consumer to warn others about my terrible experience in the hope that they avoid the misery that I went through.

Thank you Steven and Di for helping my partner and I purchase our first home. It was a really pleasant experience with BR Solicitors. Steven and Di were friendly, dilligent, professional and excellent with their communication, keeping us informed at all times, explained and provided clarification when required to ensure it was all a smooth process for us.
