This is the 3rd and 4th time we have had Empire Legal handle our property affairs and these were the most intricate. Lohenay Trewheellar was an absolute legend in firstly identifying some issues with our purchase contract that we had missed in our rush to buy. Lohenay was able to renegotiate the contract to include a fairly standard but very important clause with extremely little fanfare. She kept us informed with all developments over the settlement period. If you are selling or buying in the Bayside, Empire Legal and Lohenay Trewheellar are your go to solution.

I had a wonderful experience working with Empire Legal for my recent purchase of a home. They looked after all aspects of the purchase, gave reliable and tailored advice for my particular situation, and helped me to navigate the purchase. The property is presently tenanted, and I was provided with great advice on how to allow the tenants to continue to enjoy their time in the property while assisting me to pay the correct amount of transfer duty as a future owner occupier.
