Our desire to move back to Sydney from Western Australia and purchase a home meant we needed to engage a buyer's agent to be ‘on the ground’, with us so many kilometres away.

Nick was tremendous in helping my wife and I purchase our family home. He made the difficult process of purchasing a house easy and problem free.

Warning! We hired Nick to help us find an investment property, but I found him to be unprofessional, dismissive, aggressive, and lacking in competence. He arranged four viewings for us on a Saturday, even though I questioned why we needed to attend in person, as this should be his area of expertise. He insisted we go.

At the first property, Nick remarked, “The owner’s dreaming if he thinks he’s getting that price,” which left me wondering why he would bring us here if he felt that way—had he not done the necessary research? Of the remaining three properties, two required significant work, and for the last one, Nick was unavailable because he had gone to another viewing for a different client.

After this disappointing experience, we asked Nick to look at areas beyond the Inner West, focusing on suburbs with potential growth over the next 5-10 years. However, he was reluctant and dismissive of our request. A few emails later, it became clear that Nick’s knowledge and focus were limited to the Inner West, and he wasn’t the right fit for us.

Nick has been great in helping us buy a unit in Rhodes/ Meadowbank area. We had really particular criteria, which ruled most units out in the area we were looking in. Nick was able to provide a tightly curated list of units that met our requirements and we bought the third place we saw.
