Updated by 9/12/2024 I recently upgraded my home' size, and I seek Michael's help with reviewing and finalizing the contract, organizing settlement. And I got my new home by last Friday, thanks for Michael's help. Even this is my second time purchasing the property; but there are significant differences between first and second: apartment v.s. townhouse; 60 v.s 350 sm2; PEXA & 66w certificate & final inspection ONLY conducted in second property ( I am not familiar with those issues; however, Michael has been very patient as always and explains to me in detail. And he knows the client's concerns, based on the concerns, he would amend and add some points on the contracts.

I also get something which requires Michael's assistance in near future once I have settled on my new home.
