I had a very disappointing experience with Adam Torok and Barbara Rowe from Conveyancing Solutions Bondi Junction. I hired them to handle the conveyancing for the purchase of my first apartment, and unfortunately, they failed to highlight planned construction work in the building during the process. This oversight has cost me over $20,000 in unexpected expenses.

When paying their conveyancing fee of nearly $4,000, I expected a professional and thorough service, but it was clear that important details were overlooked, which have now resulted in a significant financial burden for me. When I raised the issue, the response was unsatisfactory and far from helpful. I was told that they were following it up, although after over 12 months of me attempting to follow up they have continually ignored emails and phone calls from myself.

I would not recommend Conveyancing Solutions based on my experience. It's crucial to have a conveyancer who is thorough and transparent, especially when making such a big investment and this company is certainly not that.
