The team at C&R settlements were superb from start to finish. Special shout out to our conveyancer Niamh who dealt with the tricky sale of our property. My wife and I were overseas, the home was tenanted and the buyers were located in another state so it wasn’t a straight forward sale especially with the buyers making it difficult towards the end.
