I was directed to a room to view & sign documents. It was a hot day with no AC or fan in this room. I was declined in my request to change rooms. Emma & Piper identified themselves which was appreciated but no identification was offered so not sure how this is allowed 🤔. In my role in defence we had to put our service number on all documents unyet the civilian legal standards are loose. I asked several questions of Emma regarding both electronic & hard copy storage of documents and backing up electronic documents. Emma told me another company handles this and didn't seem across what or how they do business. Noting the Optus and other recent hackings I saw this as unprofessional 🙄🤔. On a positive note they guide for executors was great and telling me about the will 🏦 bank was appreciated although I would make it my business to know how the Will bank 🏦 works. The staff approach just seemed about insular. It does not hurt to be across what other agencies do. I found that great in defence in building relationships and improving staff training.
