I had used a few different law firms and Damien Greer was easily the best. I had Scott Richardson and Tyson Flamsteed assisting me. Scott & Tyson were always quick to respond and set my mind at ease, whilst giving realistic and direct advice in relation to my case. Nothing was ever missed and they actually understood the case, instead of treating me as just another number.

They also didn't excessively charge and invoice for things just to increase their revenue as other law firms had.

Strongly recommend using these guys if you need family lawyers.

I would not recommend Joshua Williams if you want someone to represent you. He never seemed invested in reuniting me with my family only squeezing as much money from me that he could. I’ve got new representation and he has done more in a week than Joshua had done in 8months. I had a bad feeling about him from the start but felt desperation in my situation. Use him at your own risk!

Worst lawyers I've ever experience. Even if you have to pay a bit more, save yourself and use good lawyers who will actually put up a fight.

After an extremely negative experience with a previous lawyer, Justin Hine took on my case and I cannot recommend him and the firm highly enough. A year ago, they recommended an overseas lawyer due to the fact that my assets were overseas plus the ex was a U.S. military. The lawyer they recommended was 3.5 stars, still I went with it hoping that Damien Greer lawyers recommendation was trustworthy despite the poor reviews on Google. As a result of this recommendation, I am short of $10k from the overseas lawyer: Offit/Kurman (+$595 Damien Greer lawyer fees) and still nothing came of it. I no longer use this same lawyer from overseas and currently in a process of finding another lawyer, hopefully one from Australia whose knowledgeable of overseas assets and US military benefits to spouses unlike Damien Greer Lawyers!

Damien Greer and his team always made me feel totally safe and supported; fully informed and understood during what is most definitely a stressful, traumatic process. They worked tirelessly for me and for my children. They have an incredible knowledge of the law and they were at all times professional and caring. Fully focussed on my needs and a positive outcome. I trusted them totally and I am now looking forward to the next chapter of my life. I will always be eternally grateful to Damien and his team but to Wendy and Carolyn in particular.
