Paid to have the contract of sale created and issued to a real estate, some time passed, asked for it to be issued to another real estate agent and was asked to pay again. I don't see why I should have to pay for everything again when I already paid, I should only have to pay for the expired search certificates. I understand this is the way you do it but you end up losing a customer and we dont end up exchanging contracts with your firm, we end up going elsewhere.
