After several months payment and starting with my lawyer, I didn't have any chance to even speak with my lawyer on the phone which made the long delay in progression. Going to the court for Child custody is one of the most difficult tasks for any parents and I was no different. When parents are emotionally invested, they need great support from families and friends and most importantly a supportive legal representative. I was introduced to Opal legal by a friend and Namrata was representing me in court. I must say out of Four legal representatives that I worked with, Namrata is by far the best solicitor who not only provided me with great advice but also helped me to understand the legal proceeding and my chances. She was almost always right of the outcome of every court hearing. Opal Legal acted for me in a criminal matter where I was charged with three offences. Opal made representations to police on my behalf to withdraw two of the charges. The police agreed.
