Dodgy. Solicitor misunderstood case and failed to obtain crucial documents prior to assessing matter.

Still awaiting crucial documents which were received by solicitor last week, but which solicitor refuses to forward in a timely fashion, stating in her email of yesterday:

"As I said, the paperwork will be forwarded when I have time, I expect to be able to do it Thursday or Friday, as I am absolutely flat out until then."

Totally unsatisfactory and hampering my case by withholding my documents, as claims to be "flat out".

Have been awaiting documents since employing Katerina last November, so how long does it take to forward an email, or post documents via mail?
