Even after presenting email evidence of our communications and instructions from 2021, she refused to help, accusing us of seeking "free legal services" and going so far as to threaten legal action against us.

As a startup with limited resources, this ordeal caused significant financial loss and tremendous stress due to the issues created by Segal Lawyers and their unprofessional treatment. We deeply regret not conducting more thorough due diligence before engaging their services.
