He provides honest opinions, consultation processes, and solutions to legal issues. He is true to his word; transparency in dealings. He ensures that you fully understand your options, and legal process. He knows the right approach; you can feel confident, that you are in good hands. It is always a delight, to speak to him. I also wish to highlight, the professional service, which Tass provides. Being an old fashioned person, I admire old school professionalism. His knowledgeable, attention to detail, upfront advices, and confident services, are comforting. He provides thorough, step by step, explanations. He has nothing to hide. He is prompt, in replying to queries. He maintains contact regarding appointments and services; keeping one informed, at all times. He completes services, to a very high standard. Tass is also realistic with costs; others overcharging. Any payment that is due, upon service completion, is honest. Any additional fees are always explained. Michelle & Rory are very professional. They made this painful period of my life clear up smoothly with there advice and expertise. I found their fees and charges reasonable and would recommend them in sorting family affairs.

Called in to enquire about a matter. Receptionist was very unhelpful, somewhat rude as she sounded frustrated by my questions and kept trying to pass me off without any proper information. Was a potential new customer but wont be using Johnsons. They would need to find a head of company a little more welcoming and less moody and you would think she would know how much the solicitors she works for charges by the hour. Even one star is too much.

During the past 23 years Johnson Law Group, particularly Tass Johnson, have been handling an Estate on our behalf and from the initial process dealing with probate to the distribution of funds, to several beneficiaries, went through without any difficulties.

The Estate, although not complex, could not be finalised due to an over-riding instruction in the Will. It took another 23 years before the Estate could be wound up.

During this period there were many times we needed legal advice, and this was always delivered to us in a speedy, professional and logical manner. There were many occasions where Tass Johnson would provide us an appointment at very short notice to provide us with the necessary legal advice to ensure that the beneficiaries of the Estate were correctly advised.

As time progressed and closer to the final stages of the sale of the Estate Tass handed some of the day-to-day administration to Jamie Roberts and Michelle Cutler and their professional outlook and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Our contact over the years with all of Tass Johnson's staff has been exemplary and Johnsons Law Group is highly recommended. They are a bunch of friendly, outgoing and professional individuals who will treat you with respect.

I have personally used Johnsons for the settlement of my first home bought 2 years ago. During the process Roxanne was extremely helpful in reassuring me of the steps along the way to building my first home. My family business has been associated with Tass and now his daughter Roxanne for over 20 years. I am happy to say after my experience I will gladly recommend them going forward.

Very unhappy with this solicitor It seems that Mr. Johanson has become arrogant and selfish instead of becoming more experienced after being more than 20 years (according to himself) in this business.
