Our names are Barry and Karen Young, and we became clients to Legalsense NQ Lawyers for the conveyancing for a property purchase in March - April 2025. What a personality you have, sincerity in all aspect, especially in your tone of speech, a very rare trait in today's society. The whole team were always polite and courteous and always willing to listen and answer every question we asked. The team certainly went above and beyond all expectations to explain the process in a clear and concise manner each and every time we asked questions, keeping us up to date daily. We could call at any time and have somebody talk to us with in-depth knowledge of our case, answering any question we may have had and needing explanation in understanding. We were particularly impressed by the quick responses to our inquiries, almost immediately, and their attention to detail in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction process. I do not usually mention cost of services however I am fully aware that a lot of people are totally drive on cost. I just wanted to add that Legalsense is highly reputable and their costs are extremely reasonable and competitive, and found to be if not cheaper than costs charged by other similar companies offering the same service - the proof is in the quality of service, and your satisfaction with the end result of service you received; and you knowing has the finest and every little detail been followed up on, so that noting comes to the surface further down the track to bite you: an example of this is that with our property purchase there was a septic toilet system installed on the property and throughout the conveyancing process Legalsense identified that the Plumbers Certification Certificate could not be found and had not been issued. We were informed of this and Legalsense followed up in every detail. Thank you so much Patrick and Kaitlyn, you have made purchasing this property an absolute pleasurable experience and journey. The best people for conveyancing out of the few we had in the past 30 years. We sold a rental property through LegalSenseNQ and it was a smooth process, thanks to their professionalism and courtesy. The most common complaints to the legal services commission is a lack of attention given to a matter, and unresponsive communication. Unfortunately, that was exactly my experience with this firm.
