I've used MA Kent for multiple property transactions and have been consistently impressed. I highly recommend Susan and the conveyancing team—the communication was excellent throughout, and Susan was always approachable and patient with my many questions. I also had a Will prepared by Greg, and once again, the communication was outstanding. Greg took the time to walk us through the process and explained everything clearly. A professional and reliable team all around.

Blindsided by a bill 14 months after a single consult I was told was settled. No contact, no cost disclosure, no authorisation — just an invoice out of nowhere. Tried to resolve it, got stonewalled. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ENGAGE , used Principal Solicitor to execute a will he had drawn up only 2 years previously extremely simple will to execute. Took 18months to do so, didn't file paperwork with the courts for weeks after being supplied required documents let grant of probate sit at the court for weeks more. We ended up doing half the ground work to help speed things. Didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing. Charged double original price given was not forthcoming with any information at all and would do nothing unless pushed by us which meant more costs for taking phone calls to question what was taking so long. Made an already hard time worse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Horrible firm. Overpriced with little to no results. I had to correct them on the same errors and grammatical mistakes time and time again. Essentially I was their proof reader/ secretary. Communication was vague, confusing and mostly unhelpful. Invoice packed full of "perusal" costs and stationary fees.
