Honestly just had the rudest receptionist. Instead of letting me finish regarding my lack of willingness to just hand over my ID and ask for another way to organise a meeting she hung up on me. Telling me she told me she was going to send an email for me to fill in with my ID for a free consultation before I could have the meeting this was over a week ago this was booked in and calls me this morning THERE WAS NO EMAIL to start with!. So disappointed in her lack of professionalism and now refuses to answer my call to resolve the issue. Women going through DV do not want to just hand over their ID, women who are trying to reach out for help do not want to have someone make them feel less of a person because some snot nose receptionist cannot handle being questioned! Do not go here if you're going through DV they do not listen to you nor take you seriously. What a joke to be treated like that!

Shannon was very helpful with us and our first house, very responsive, kept us informed and when not available, someone is able to help. Will definitely use them again, it was a very smooth process. Thanks!
