I had the need to engage lawyers after a profound family tragedy. My wife was killed in a head on car crash caused by an ice addict, and my youngest son was in the passenger seat and sustained injuries which resulted in him being in a coma for 10 days and in ICU for 3 weeks, and to this day, 20 months later, still undergoing rehab. My father found McInnes Wilson Lawyers for me after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. They assisted me with my CTP claim. They have been with me from a week into my recovery, and I am now closing my suit with their assistance almost 3 years later. This firm is arrogant, dismissive, greedy and not across detail. They are incredibly diligent sending invoices and demanding payment but that is where it ends. When I finally took control of my case, I came up with a sensible solution within 48 hours. I wish I was never recommended them. They caused me incredible hardship and showed no empathy at all. Good riddance. The Principal and Senior Associate are particularly cruel and conceited.
