Verified ClientI had dealt with the firm years ago when Rhonda was in charge. I only have great words for her compassion and help through my divorce. I recently went back there to address a situation where my ex was not complying with court orders. Indy was the person who was meant to be helping me out but she is only an associate so not only was she abrupt & rude, when she was to apologise for the way she acted I am still waiting for said phone call. I was emailed what was to be done for my case which was all of half a page long and the other 17 pages were ways they could charge me up to $75,000. All I wanted was a letter to be sent to my ex.

Verified ClientI cannot speak highly enough of NWF Legal. I truly can’t. In the blink of an eye, my parental rights were taken from me and a plethora of criminal charges upon me soon afterwards.
In the lead up to engaging NWF Legal, I pursued the only avenues one has in a custody issue, however, it was abundantly clear that I was up Sturt St without a Commodore. After some really horrible legal advice from 2 other companies I was thankfully steered in NWF Legal’s direction.
From that first call to Rhonda I knew I’d be heard and I was. In the most eloquent way, she cut through the emotion and assured me of the end result, as long as I stayed the course. Rhonda expertly did what she said she would do and for that I’m eternally grateful.
Ben handled all other ‘non family’ issues in an equally professional manner, but with his own very unique and commanding style. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do.
Right now I still have Rhonda’s wide words in my head telling me to ‘stop the verbal diarrhoea’!! Good advice but what’s a review without heart?
If you’re still reading this, I can assure you I wasn’t so positive and collected at the time I needed them the most. But I did know that I must give full disclosure, I must shut up, I must be patient and I must do as I’m told. Yeah I’m the client, but what do I know? That’s the point. Let them do their job because that’s why you’re there.
To all the team, I write this last part with tears in my eyes but my children in my arms and for that I’m forever in your debt.
