What an absolute joke of a firm. Three phone calls going over the exact same things. Fourth call booked in for a particular time. I answer the phone. No answer from other end. They hang up. No further contact. All I wanted was a simple answer to an admin question. It really didn't matter whether I was aboriginal or not, what town I lived in or whether I had approached any other legal firms. I would like to thank Shine lawyers, for their expert services over the past 7.5 years. Shine dealt with my, Work Place / TAC claim and delivered exactly what they promised, never leaving me in the dark. Since I went to shines lawyers I have had three lawyers,Stefanie resigned,then I got another lawyer,one visit,then he left now I have another one,first it was another female ,never got to meet her or talk to her,also now I have another one,who brought me to tears,didn't even know who my doctor was,what a joke I beleive in one on one lawyer,not been handed around like a bowl of food,im really over this firm ,seems they dont really read your files,not knowing your treating doctor what a joke,cov-19 put many things on hold only heard from them a few weeks ago,still not in office I dont do business over the phone,and I wont be having this lawyer I spoke to on the phone not impressed at all this is all true in what happened to me
