Peter from Park Lane Advice Group provided an amazing customer experience in refinancing our home loan that allowed us to move away from Keystart's high interest rates and settle on a much lower interest rate with such ease. Great advice, great service After getting the run around form Ubank, I had the pleasure of working with Peter Feddersen in securing an investment loan. What a difference good service makes! It was quick, he knew his stuff and we went through what is important to me in a loan. I think today we forget what it was like to talk to someone and have them listen and act and just get stuff done. He kept me updated throughout the process as we were working toward a deadline and was available for any questions.
