2025-05-19 Update: This is my second time applying for a visa with Owias because of the great experience I had two years ago. He is very good and responsive, always addressing my inquiries and concerns. When I was stressed, he helped calm me down. Thanks to his guidance, I successfully got my visa. He was prompt in letting me know when immigration needed additional documents and clearly explained what was required. Highly recommend!

Despite being in the office, he consistently failed to return calls, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and care. It took him an astonishing two years to submit an insurance claim, significantly delaying the process. His actions—or lack thereof—suggest he is more interested in his own benefit than serving his clients. Numerous psychologists are reportedly aware of his poor performance, further highlighting his inadequacies. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable legal representation."

Best legal team. I had a partner visa cancelled and had a AAT hearing. My previous lawyer was not helping at all with the AAT hearing and backed out because of the complexity. I had only two weeks left until my AAT hearing. I was then recommended to contact Shaheen Legal. Within two weeks, they took over the case, made long submissions, attended the AAT hearing with me and took care of everything A to Z. End result was the AAT decided not to cancel my partner visa. I can live with my partner again!! I cannot believe this. Highly recommend Shaheen Legal Immigration lawyers to anybody in need of legal services. Will recommend to everyone.

I came to Shaheen Legal because they specialise in compensation. My Lawyer ( Owais ) made me feel very comfortable and gave fantastic advice. I am 100% satisfied with the result, I got a better result than expected after following my lawyer advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shaheen Legal to others.

I called the Office to make an appointment but the phone was not answered so I booked a phone consult through their website. Come the next day, I did not get a call back despite my details being accurate in the booking request. I called the Office and I was told that the person was in a meeting and they would call me back. It would have been nice to get that message instead of me looking at my phone for 15 minutes before I felt the urge to call to follow it up. My details were taken down (again) for the call to be returned but I guess the meeting has gone on for 4.5 hours… as no one has called back 🤷🏽‍♀️ I am a serious client who is not shopping around and wants to retain a solicitor for advice. I read the reviews and went with this firm but I have been disappointed.
