We found Smart Move Conveyancing extremely efficient and friendly, making the purchase of our new home so easy. Nothing was any trouble and answers to our questions were only a phone call away.

I was extremely dissapointed by the way this company handled my enquiry. They were initially very keen to get my business and requested that I email all my detail to them. I did just that immediately. They never acknowledged that they received the documents that I have emailed twice. I contacted them after a week to find out what is happening. The receptionist put me through to Melinda. I waited on the line for a while but no response. I rang the receptionist again and left a message for Melinda to return my call. She never did. I rang again and asked for Melinda. This time the receptionist put me through to Melinda's assistant who didn't know much about my case. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and response.
