Small businesses, be aware—run away!

I’m leaving this review as a good deed for any small builder or business considering this firm for the first time. If Julian (the owner) or his two junior staff (his assistants) contact you, claiming to have reviewed your case and offering advice before engagement, be cautious—it’s just a sales tactic, not genuine value.

His agreed estimated costs nearly tripled within days, far beyond the original quote. Their knowledge of construction law is weak, and the service is superficial. Their focus is on maximizing their profit by inserting themselves into every aspect possible to bill more hours. If you question the overcharging, Julian turns toxic, threatening legal action to pressure you. If you agree engagement, its too late to pull out and without another legal team to back you up, you could find yourself in a serious trouble.

Avoid the trap—take your time to find a transparent and competent legal team, preferably one with proven success, rather than rushing into a costly mistake with this firm.
