Expensive for "fixed price" and worked solely with a paralegal. Last time I bought and sold I used a local firm and worked with a senior solicitor the whole time which was a much smoother and easier process and funnily enough significantly cheaper too. Would not recommend Lead at all.

I travelled into Maroochydore to the address on the website. 8/84 Wises Rd, Maroochydore. They are not here, and have never been as far as other tenants in the building are aware. I wanted face to face dealings and this could NOT happen with these guys. Rang the Maroochydore number and then was told they were in Loganholme. I told them I would drive down but alas everyone is working from home. They send me an invoice for doin Jack. I would not recommend these guys.
