I am so Grateful to Trent and his Team. In short I’d spent a lot of money on lawyers and got no where, after Trent and the team at Petherick Cottrell Lawyers, met with me at short notice on the Friday, he represented me on the Tuesday, after a long weekend in a situation that was extremely serious, he with professional representation had the situation sorted in less than two hours in a court room, with an exceptional outcome, I was facing a very serious charge, This lawyer and his team defended me. I have no problem with identifying this company as a genuine business with a lawyer who took my legal matter seriously and without any doubt was the difference that saw the whole matter solved and no further stress or drama as I’d faced for six months prior, If you need a genuine lawyer who does exactly what he says, then do not waste your time and money anywhere else. Thank you Petherick Cottrell Lawyers for freeing me and supporting me at my time of need. Highly recommended to the veteran community as this lawyer is still serving his brothers and sisters, I experienced 5 other lawyers and Trent was a stand out on every level, I will be recommending Trent and his team at every opportunity I get.

My dads trying to get some papers done..taken months so far and now they have misplaced the papers ... what a joke these people are ....

My family and i used Trent to write up a contract. We spoke to him and also emailed him with what we wanted in it.. we later got a contract that looked vary basic and something i could have just googled. Due to this we emailed him countless times to remind him of important information he had forgotten. During this time he charged us $26 for every email he replied back. Calling them adjustment costs.

If I said "Pretty Average Customer Service" - I think I would be being overly generous. Two cancellations of appointments at the last minute (despite us having travelled from Perth on both occasions), things we made clear at the outset forgotten/not documented/ignored causing issues when things should be finalised, delayed/poor communication, internal communication not occuring properly.. I know they mean well and have had some staffing issues, but I expected better. Nothing against their knowledge or skills, just the way the experience has panned out.

I would not go anywhere else, this is by far the best lawyers in Mandurah if not in Perth. I had an issue with work, and needed some advice. I was lucky enough to speak with Claire McKenzie who made me feel completely at ease in understanding my situation. Speaking with a lawyer can be quite intimidating, But Claire had such a welcoming and friendly attitude that it made the process so much easier. I highly recommend Trent Petherick and the professional team at Petherick Cottrell. Trent achieved a great result, but he never gave false hope, which is why I’m writing this review on behalf of the friend I supported during their particularly challenging court case that Trent won.
