Lots of emails that pretty much don't go anywhere. Lots of costs with no results. Just do it yourself. Resolve it yourself. Emails don't do anything to progress your case.

He communicated regularly throughout the drafting process and his comprehensive advice answered all our questions. They really know how to waste time and stretch things out so they can charge you triple what they told you to start with. You get reamed for very little progress, and for that price you get the same info rewritten under different titles and even after you check it, there's still mistakes or you get someone else's information in your file. Should be charging them for wasting your time.

Very informative people who help you gain results

Take forever to do anything - really seem to enjoy dragging everything out and charge an arm and a leg to do it too.

Incorrect advice given. When secrecy was paramount, they sent mail with all of my details to my address, after I'd specifically said not to, which made the other party aware of my seeing a solicitor and this escalated my situation and compromised my safety. Exceptionally disappointing and when you pay $400 p/hr, I'd expect alot more professionalism and correct advice.
